Looking to put an fx-8350 in a build i have thrown together with some parts from here and there, 2 280x, 8gb ripsaw...anyways I have always put my cpu under water and this time I'm going to try air cooling as this is a low dollar build and will likely be sold quickly. My question is do I get a Noctua NH-U12P SE2 or a hyper 212 evo is the noctua worth the money i mean I have crossfire 280x in the case also so noise will already be fairly high also space isn't really an issue as i have a hafxb case. If the noctua is worth 30 more I'l buy it i just want some first hand opinion

Solution
The 212 EVO runs very well I don't pass 60c on my 8320 when gaming :) But if you are pushing your 8350 to some extreme numbers like 4.5ghz+ then the Noctua is worth it. Recommend the NH-D14/D15 instead of the model though
