Need help on cpu upgrade!

Hey guys me again! So i have already upgraded the gpu and psu in my pre-built hp 500-223w nut im needing to upgrade the cpu. The HP website has set ones that i could upgrade to but whats keeping me from upgrading to something else other than the mobo. Like a different generation. I know i need to use a LGA 1150 socket type chip but what others can I use? TIA

last column is relative cpu score. so you can treat it as ~~efficiency.
