Need help on deciding motherboard / ram

Recently my computer's motherboard has fried and I'm looking to replace it with a new one as well as ram & cpu.

Current computer specs:

Mobo: Asrock z97 extreme4
Cpu: i7-4790k
Ram: G-Skill 16gb

I'm most likely going to be getting a i7-8700k cpu but I'm torn on which motherboard & ram. I will be getting all of this at microcenter so it will probably be one of the z370 models. I use this computer mainly for gaming and usually have alot of tabs open on chrome. Any help is appreciated -- Thank you

any z370 series will be fine,and i think go get 16 gigs 3000mhz
