Question Need help on deciding specs for a pc

Hi,
I'm planning to buy a new pc. I need it to work mainly with Adobe illustrator & corel painter. I used to work on an old pc before. I've Approached a few people here in dubai & they've given price inside my budget with the specs below:

I would like to know if it's ok to do my job.

1) Dell 7060 i7 8700
16 gb ram
1 tb Hdd
Nvidia gt730 4 gb graphic card
Windows 10 pro

I also got a price with zotac gt730 4gb ddr3 graphic card.

Kindly give me a reply.

It should be alright, but don't go with a DDR3 graphics card. Go with GDDR5.

Is it GDDR5? If it's only DDR3, then it is not that good, but if it's GDDR5 then it will be ok.

if you can try and stretch for a 750ti it's far superiors and relative cheap
