Need help on finalizing my first UNDER 600 dollar pc build

It should do the trick. Your GPU might be bottlenecked, but only if you're doing the intensest intense stuff. The bottleneck might show itself by a loss of at most 2 or 3 fps.
For a $600 budget, it will do just fine.

The current motherboard will work as long as you don't plan on upgrading.

If you do plan on upgrading in the future, then get an h97 or z97

Might be worth it to drop the optical drive for a higher quality motherboard, and just borrow one from a friend to install the operating system.
