Hi Guys, I'm Looking For A Laptop But I'm On A Very Low Budget Because It's $240 to 390 And I Can't Afford Anything Good! I Don't Want To Buy A Refurbished Computer And I'm Under The Age Of 16! So I Can't Work For A Job! Please Help Find Me A Good Laptop That I Can Afford And Can Match The Following:
1. It Can Run Video Games Like Roblox Or Minecraft etc.
2. It Can Be Used For Advanced Programs like photo and video.
3. It Has Cellular WiFi and that's optional.
4. It Can Be Taken Anywhere like when I'm on a plane, Or road trip, or I'm moving out, etc.
