Need help on first build gaming PC

Hello,since so I am having a problem with my first built PC that I made,everything turns on but doesn't boot to the BIOS,is there anything I can do to fix this?

Well the lights and fans and Dvd drive work,but it doesn't boot up to the BIOS,here is my specs

Well my Monitor doesn't use HDMI cables and still having issues with it ;L,probably betting it's either the Motherboard,PSU or RAM that's causing the issue
