Go through the troubleshooting guide. If that doesn't help give us your complete specs and a more exact description. Do you hear beeps, fans turn on, lights, etc. Is your monitor plugged into the video card or IGP?
Well the lights and fans and Dvd drive work,but it doesn't boot up to the BIOS,here is my specs
