Need Help On First Pc Build

Hello I'm trying to make my first pc and would really appreciate some help. I will mostly use it for live streaming,so basiclly I'm just using the pc as a streambox for my ps4 and with that being said id like this to be as cheap as it can be, but not so cheap that the stream quality is bad if you guys get what I mean lol.
