Need help on gpu

Hello everyone.
Finally gonna get a new GPU zotac Nvidia 750ti 2gb ddr5 .
My rig
Core i3 540
Intel dh55pj Mobo
8 ram
Okay, my system is kinda old, but for now Thats what I've got. May upgrade in future.
my concerns
1. Since my rig is kinda old, will my Mobo be compatible with the GPU. I mean any type of UEFI/legacy BIOS issues? Cause I've heard things like that happens on old rigs, and don't wanna happen with me.

Yes it will handle it but your older CPU might bottleneck it.
