Need Help, on Heat with gpu overheating? or normal

So i had GPU-Z run in the back round and my GPU got up to be around 220 degrees F.
Normal?

use this and compare your temp there is something wrong http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php at this temp gpu should be of due to overheath .

thats impossible as when it hits 100c it will automatically shut down
