Need help on my internet

OK so I had just replace my motherboard ( msi 960 gaming ) with an exact same motherboard as it stopped working and all of a sudden when ever my PC is connected to the internet (hardwired and wifi) it stops everyone else from using it in the house. I've read a few things and apparently my router is trying to build a bridge to my PC cause it thinks it's another router. How can I fix this

Your router will not be trying to bridge anything unless you have configured it to do so.
