Ok my First post on Toms. Read a bunch of threads Here but still have many questions.BTW Im not a great forum poster so ill try to clearly list my questions and thanks for all help ahead of time.

Ok now to the Nitty Gritty.
Question 1. the cpu on Futuremark .com it lists the I74820k out preforming most anything under 500 dollars however on this sites best processors list (2015) its not even considered or mentioned ."Why?"
Question 2 the cpu I understand the cpu I74820k is only4 cores not 6 . but keep in mind im only going to be gaming .(Firstperson shooters,Steam games, StarCraft2 probably), Websurfing(youtube ,gaming sites , this site) , Watching movies (netflix hulu ect). "Would i benefit from 6 cores over 4 Cores?"
Question 3 Gpu i will start with 1 video card and add a twin later /if funds become a option
"would i benefit from 2 Videocards vs 1 video card for what im using it for? ,and if how much(deminishing returns?)?"
Question 4 If i did go with dual gpus "Would the 4cores vs the 6cores question come back into play and matter/make a difference ?"
Question 5 " Will I need to Update the BIOS on the mobo (Asus Rampage IV Extreme EATX LGA2011 )to use the I7 4820k?"(i promise i have looked i get mixed answers so im confused)
Question 6 "Am I missing anything to make a BA Gaming comp? (gear/aside(kybs,mouses,hdphns)Ill pick those later...
Ok i know thats alot .But thats why im here ,So far Its the only place ive seen where people would have the kno-how to answer my questions and give me pointers. Last comp I built i was 17 and my dad helped me and its now ancient and so is he(this was like 2004) still lets me surf web and play aoe when i get the urge but i just got rid of console (xbx360 family used it for everything games movies ,skype) and am coming back to pc(im not going to buy into this all in one plug into ur tv microsoft console thing anymore im going back to my control my own Desktop days) So i think ive got the know how to assemble it .just scared about getting like 1500$s Worth of parts and messing it up or flashing bois wrong ect.. But i Have to build this pc and am planing on it the first week of February. So like 2weeks ish any other thoughts?

I hope you don't mind me changing it up to hardware that makes more sense in 2015 now. The 4790k outperforms the 4820k by a small amount while being able to fit into a socket with a good upgrade path for broadwell and skylake (though the 4790k will probably last you through those). Anyways, I put together what I think is the best bang for your buck and I changed basically everything except for the CPU Cooler, the Case, and your choice of OS. Also, I took the ethernet adapter out because motherboard ethernet is more than enough for you.
