Need Help On MY PC Build!

Hey, i'm looking for the best gaming build possible for $1000 - $1200 after tax and shipping I live in Canada so there is GST/HST the shipping will be about $50 so just add that on the build needs to have a Monitor I like the Asus VX238H 23.0" Monitor but if there's something better for around the same price that's okay too it also must have a mouse and keyboard.
