[SOLVED] Need help on OC my cpu

I am super noob at this OC but i wanted to OC my Q6600 2.4 GHz to anything that my CPU would stable under 65oc idle..

This is my spec..

CPU : Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Mobo : Gigabyte G41M-Combo
Ram : 2 x 4gb DDR3 1333MHz
Cooling : CM Hyper 212 LED
PSU : E-VIEW 500W ATX POWER SUPPLY ( BLACK EDITION )

What settng should i change first then slowly increase?

Which GPU ? Most power goes to it. Any known brand name would do but power is largely determined by GPU.

Something rated at 50C is generally safe. The bad ones either will be rated lower or won't list that spec at all so it's very easy to tell.
