Long story short, I would like to assemble a PC that can run a game I've only been able to play on console. That being said, I would like for it to do the job well and have overclock potential.

Here is the spec list:

Please advise me on the GPU, I would like to run a GTX 780ti so I can play ENB. And a single monitor suggestion would also be appreciated. I can tell the difference in refresh rate. Monitor with speakers would be nice, 27 inch, and 140hz. Was thinking about getting a Benq product.
Next, are there any aftermarket noctua fans I should order as well for silent air flow (not a fan of noctua's color though, but I do want noise reduction) I might want to look into liquid cooling my GPU down the road. Also, I have no need for the HDD trays that come with the r4, so I could put a rad there or quieter-than-stock fans.

The budget is flexible, would like to keep it around 2,500 USD, but not afraid to invest more.
Thanks!

yeah, the sli plus will handle a stable oc for several years and well.. i think the difference is pretty clear in mobo's when you start talking world record overclocks.

Yes this looks great. I hope that there is enough clearance to install the H100i above the mobo (top of case)
