[SOLVED] need help on possible Trojan/Malware virus

ok so past few days my games started randomly crashing so i thought it was a hardware issue till today.

just maybe 5 or 6 hours ago windows defender found a little something,,,,,,,,(Ransom:Win32/Genasom , ransomware)

so my problem is ive got alot of extra Processes and Services that keeps popping up and i cant get none of them gone off my pc and something else lol i downloaded Diagnostic Data Viewer off windows store and ive got a ton of errors and apps crashes going on in the background and plus my games/Pc is still.cashing
i couldnt figure out how to post pictures on here unless somebody can tell me how

You can try and run Windows Defender and attempt to remove it.

But If this is ransom ware, backup your data immediately and I would recommend a full system reformat and reinstall of Windows.

windows defender did remove it atleast i think it did, how do u know if it was removed ?

oh it says that this file was infected -

C:\ProgramData\ASUS\AI Suite III\PPSU_2.00.09\AppSetup\AsSysCtrlService\AsSysCtrlService.exe
