I'm desperately trying to remove the ATX Pins on my PSU so I can sleeve them. So far, I have no luck on how to actually remove the ATX Pins.
I have watched video and read tutorial on how to remove them, but they make it sound so simple. I put in my ATX Pin Removal Tool and even use staples to remove the pins, but I am still unable to pull the pins out!

Any other suggestion and help?

The pin removal tool is made to go in a certain way to collapse the side parts that hold the pin in. It's never as easy as the video makes it look but once you get one out you can see what it is that holds it and on which side the pin removal tool works. It doesn't work from either side as it's made to go in one specific way to loosen the pin.

Yeah, it's quite frustrating when I can't even get one of the pin out. I feel like I'm about to just break one of the pins off with the amount of force I am using. I still haven't got one out. >.>
I get the concept that there are "wings" locking the pins in place and the point is to push those wings down so I can unlock them. But I just can't seem to get those wings push down where my pins become loose. I have a Corsair Module 600w if that matters.

So, I managed to try pulling the pins out on a different PSU and it was incredibly easy. I don't know why I am having such a hard time on the Corsair PSU. I'm still trying to pull them out! It is like they're design so you can't pull them out so they hope you buy their pre-sleeves.

Unless Corsair makes a different pin setup they should come out with a pin tool and you could be right about them making you buy their pre-sleeved cables.
I did change the cables on some Pci-e connectors and at first it was a struggle until I got the feel for it. The pin tools are relatively flimsy and you have to be careful not to break them but you also may have to find in which side the wings are and wiggle the tool into place before pushing.
