Need help on psu brands

Hello everybody,i had made a decision to buy a corsair 430cx for my rig but things changed and this psu is not in stock from where i am buing my other pc parts so i need a help with a psu to tell me if it is a good brand and reliable psu


here are the psu's


XILENCE 420W RED WING SERIES PSU

CHIEFTEC GPA-450S8 IARENA SERIES 450W

CONCEPTRONIC CPWRDSK400 DESKTOP POWER SUPPLY 400W

also i will be using this psu with amd phenom x4 965 be

amd radeon hd7750

4gb corsair ram

http://www.xilence.net/en/products/power-supplies/red-wing-series/redwing-series-420w-r3.html. The specs are about average for this power supply, and since it's a german company, I would go with this one if you have no other choices.
Conceptronic provides no such info for the real specs, such as the 12v rail rating in amps.
I've used chieftec; I don't recommend that brand at all.

I recommend these brands if your vender carries one of them:

antec earthwatts series
corsair builder's series
seasonic
enermax
ocz (I use a 400w model with 135mm fan; I recommend it)
xfx, used by many gamers.

Xilence isn't a good PSU brand per say but it's the best there. IT shouldn't give you any trouble but don't expect huge stable oc's.
