I need a Comparison of these two cards:

I bought the ZOTAC® GeForce® GT 440 512MB DDR5 for my old PC however the HD crashed now I'm looking at getting a AX51 from Alienware and it comes with a Nvidia® GeForce® GT 640 1GB DDR5.

@acerace I rarely play games on max settings let alone HD I only plan on playing Star Wars: The Old Republic & Diablo 3.

@coolermaster_72 I'm on a budget so the PC is listed was $599.99 with the defaulted items, was only looking into it since most PC's now have win8 on the market.

I am just going to fix my PC that I got in 2007, it just needed a new HD & OS this is everything else it has.
