Need help on these two cards

I need a Comparison of these two cards:

I bought the ZOTAC® GeForce® GT 440 512MB DDR5 for my old PC however the HD crashed now I'm looking at getting a AX51 from Alienware and it comes with a Nvidia® GeForce® GT 640 1GB DDR5.

Of these two which is the card that I should use? below are the post specs.

the 640 should be better. But don't expect to play games at Full HD without noticeable lag with either cards.

GT 640 is better.

what is the price you're paying for the alienware pc? you can customize a better PC by buying parts that will be really good than that overpriced allinware AX51.

@acerace I rarely play games on max settings let alone HD I only plan on playing Star Wars: The Old Republic & Diablo 3.

@coolermaster_72 I'm on a budget so the PC is listed was $599.99 with the defaulted items, was only looking into it since most PC's now have win8 on the market.

I am just going to fix my PC that I got in 2007, it just needed a new HD & OS this is everything else it has.

go for the gt 640...it is at least much better than gt 440...although don't expect very high performance
