Question Need help on upgrade to basic 4k graphics card (not for gaming)

I would appreciate advise on which graphics card should I get, taking into consideration the physical compatibility of my graphics card slot (assuming same size as the current one).

I am planning to buy a 4k monitor, for better display and streaming videos. It is not for gaming.

Asus ExpertPC d6414sff:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
Nvidia geforce gt 710
16 GB RAM
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Any graphics card with hdmi 2.0b or displayport 1.2, video ports being the factor here since that's your priority, giving you 4k/60Hz. If want 4k 120Hz then Hdmi 2.1 or Displayport 1.4.

PC case determines, what size card can fit in it.
You have SFF case. This means, only half height cards can be installed.

GT 1030 low profile will support 4k@60Hz via HDMI or Displayport connection.
DVI output is more limited than that (max 2560 x 1600 ) .
