Heya,
It has been an epic time since the battlefield 4 beta has come out.
But not everyone can enjoy it as much as others D:
I got a gtx 760, i3 3225 and 4gb of ram and I'm getting around 35-40 on ultra with no dips.
Even when I drop my settings down to low, my fps is still like 40 or 50 with dips to around 20.
I think I can blame my weird disk usage, which is like 98-100 most of the time even with no applications running.
Should I upgrade? And if so, what should I upgrade?
Do I have to upgrade my 4gb to 8gb, or should I save for an i5 3570 or a completely new AMD motherboard + fx 6350?
Help is appreciated! :D
For any good solutions I can pay if its working.

- Paul

it could be a number of factors. from my usage I'd say that BF3 uses more than 4GB RAM (I mean BF+Windows+background apps=over 4GB) and is normally 70-80% CPU on my i5 2500k. you cant really complain about performance issues as BF4 is only in beta. what hard drive do you have?

The hard drive looks fine. give the ram upgrade a try in terms of upgrading the PC. as for the hard drive usage. check what program is actually using the hard drive.

what program are you using to see the 100% disk usage? I use windows 8 and the task manager has the disk usage and what programs are using the disk in a tab included.

have you got an antivirus installed? are you also running any torrenting or P2P applications all the time?
