Need Help on Upgrading

Ok guys I need some help. Ive got a dell inspiron 530. 2G of ram Vista 32 bit. I have only one PCI express slot. Just bought a Rosewill 500 Watt psu. First question is when looking at graphic cards does it matter if it runs 32 stream processors or 64. since mine is 32 bit. secondly I had bought a radeon 3870 graphics card and it ened up being a dud and had to send it back now im looking for another graphics card but i am stumped. I want a card that can run games as low as Team Fortress 2 to something like cod4 or bioshock or even crysis. doesnt have to be on high settings but good enough to run it. somewhere in the 75-100 dollar range. can ne one give me some good card options.

its an excellent card for the price and will fit in your case

WAY better vs "old tech" 3000 series.
