Need help on what to buy

So my dad is going to the states in a few days and I was thinking to ask him to buy the parts for my new computer from there as I live in India and over here all the parts are damn expensive. But...I'm scared what if the parts are DOA. I have been saving up my money since a long time for this and I don't want it to go waste. Here are the parts I'm planning to buy, suggest the ones which u guys think have less chance of being DOA :

1) i5 6600k
2) EVGA superclocked GTX 1070
3) ASRock z270 extreme 4
4) Corsair vengeance 2x8 GB
5) SanDisk 240 GB SSD
6) Nzxt s340 case
7) Corsair H60
8) Corsair CX 650

The rate of DOA parts is very very low but can happen to any unit.

Any reason to go for the 6600k instead of the 7600k?

Should I go for it then, should I take the risk? I won't be able to return any of the parts if they are DOA.

I thought the price was less so I was going for the 6600k but I just checked and there's not much price difference so now I'm getting the 7600k
