Hello , I have some kind of thomson router thats runing
STB3.01.74 version of software .
Im trying to open server for game called SAMP .
Port is 7777 but wizard on router is like I never seen before .

Whats my external and what internal IP and whats Known Ruler Adder ??????? .

Also do I need to add exception to windows firewall for 7777 port ????

http://www.mediafire.com/file/r546ovfs1674uaa/port.png , here is picture of how wizard looks .

I tried this and server dosent work .

OK, your link wants me to download something, I ain't downloading nothing.

Your router not accepting port 7777, well that's one picky router and I don't know what to say about it, I'd throw such un-cooperative P.O.S. out the windows and show it who's boss ^)

I recommend you disable Windows FW altogether during this testing so you are not dealing with 2 variables at the same time. When you get that router working, THEN you can re-enable Windows FW if you wish, and at that time, yes you will also need to tell Windows to pass port 7777.

In the port forwarding tab , where it ask me for my local ip whats that in cmd and external ip whats that in cmd ????? ipconfig when I open .

The Local IP Address should be set to the address of the server (192.168.0.150).

The External IP Address field is only used when you want to restrict access to a specific external IP address. For gaming servers, it should be set to 0.0.0.0 to allow connections from any external users.

On your Thomson router, find the WAN IP address. It should match the external IP address when you visit yougetsignal.com.

Be sure the server application (SAMP) is running when you use the online port checking tool.

Please post the specific Thomson model number if you can find it.

Isnt WAN just my public IP if it isnt how to find it in windows 10 ? , model is thomson thg571 software STB3.01.74 , and yes SAMP server was runing when i tried it .

In order for port forwarding to work correctly, the public IP must be the WAN IP of your router, but you should verify that it is. Some ISPs use carrier grade NAT, meaning a private IP is assigned to customers, making port forwarding difficult or impossible. You need to check that the public IP address appears as the WAN IP of your router, which you will find by logging in to the router itself.

model is thomson thg571 software STB3.01.74 , and yes SAMP server was runing when i tried it .

Are you certain the model number is correct? The THG571 appears to be a modem-only, with no integrated router. Is there another router involved in your network setup? Knowing the correct model number may help someone find a solution for you.
