First off, I am new to pc gaming and my rig is out of date! I am looking to upgrade my pc, around 300 or so for a new graphics card. I would like to play games like The Witcher 2 on high settings 1080p. Thats my goal! So What graphics cards would you guys recommend? My computer specs are as follows:

Windows 7
6GB Ram
1TB HDD
AMD Phenom II x4 965 Processor (4core)
AMD Radeon HD 6670
some type of power supply at 430w

Would love to know which to get! I heard I might need a new power supply. Please help :3

I would just wait until you can buy a whole new system. Your current one is fairly good, so unless you really need to upgrade immediately, I would wait.

For a 660ti at least 450 watts are required. When shopping for a psu, get one that is from a major brand such as corsair or seasonic, and look for the 80+ certified badge, it will save you money on your power bill.
For $300 you can get a 7950 or a 660ti.

Unfortunately your power supply won't work for either, and the cpu would probably bottleneck both. I recommend either the 650ti or the 7770 for you.

Thanks for the reply,
I have a couple questions. I have been looking at the 660ti. What power supply would I need to run that? And If I got the 660ti would it work well until I get the money to upgrade my CPU? Because I plan on upgrading everything and make it a high end machine, just starting with my graphics and power supply.
