i have been playing arma 3 for quite sometime now and just recently joined a atlis life server that i enjoy but im only getting 20 to 25 fps and feel i have a decent rig and should be getting better frame my rig specs are amd fx 8320/gtx 760 gpu/8gb ram/biostar ta970/650 watt ps/ i know arma 3 is very cpu dependent and have tried everything from unparking cores to running set launch options and frame detection setting if anyone has an idea of a good fix or something to boost my fps it would be greatly appreciated thank you for reading

Have you tried overclocking?

yes i overclocked my fx 8320 from 3.5 to 4.0 and ran some stress tests and its working fine it gave me a little more stable frame rates would i be able to overclock more with a better cooler

Yes, a good cooler will let you get a higher clock. What were your temperatures like under load?
