NEED HELP OVERCLOCKING CPU Ryzen 7 1700X with a B450M Pro-VDH Mobo

I got into the bios but then I messed it up and had to restart everything including windows. Now, I am scared to go into the bios. Can anyone help me out to guide me through to where I should go and what I should do to get the max potential out of my CPU??

If you don't have an idea what you re doing just dont do it. You could always look up a guide, but if you re totally new for the sake of your pc don't.
