Hi, I am fairly new to overclocking and decided why not overclock my i7 9700k after finally being able to get a 3080. I have set my Core Voltage to 1.31 and ran Intel Burn Test and AIDA64 stress test and Cinebench R15 with no crashes or anything.

I set LLC to level 6, the idle core voltage is 1.305 but sometimes spikes to 1.314 for a split second?? not really sure if this is normal etc? It's also on manual setting.

I have a strix z390 gaming-F mobo and a rm850 80+ gold psu if that means anything to the overclocking gods

Current OC is 5Ghz all cores no AVX offset

Here is a picture of my CPU-Z

Here is a picture of my CPUID HWMonitor with voltages etc

I guess my question is does everything look good? Does the Voltages look okay etc? I followed THIS guide on youtube for the most part and the only thing i changed different to him was the CPU VCCIO Voltage to 1.15000 and CPU System Agent Voltage to 1.10000 with no AVX offset. I would appreciate some feedback, thanks alot

Solution
voltages will fluctuate with varying load and/or clockspeed levels...

What are your HWMonitor temps under an all-core loading after say a 10-15 min run of CPU-Z/bench/stress CPU? If above 80-85C , I'd say it's a bit warm...
