Need help overclocking my pavilion a1250n

My system specs are: AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ 1.99 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, GPU is a GeForce 6600 OC 512MB I have windows media center edition service pack 2.

What program is the best to overclock my CPU and GPU?

I've looked a round but there is too much information out and it gets too confusing to try not knowing what every thing is. So any help would be appreciated!

GPU = ATItool.
CPU = BIOS

Rivatuner is normally used for overclocking Nvidia graphics cards. If your motherboard supports it, you can overclock the CPU in the BIOS. There are some helpful guides on overclocking at the top of the overclocking forum.
