Need help overclocking. Never done it before

Hello

My pc config is

Processor Intel i7-4960X 3.6 GHz, 6 Core, 15MB Cache

· Mother Board Asus Rampage IV Black Edition

· Ram G Skill 64GB DDR3 2400 MHz 8GB * 8

· Graphic Card Asus GTX 780Ti 3GB * 2 SLI

· Case Thermaltake Level 10GT Black Edition

· Power Supply Cooler master silent pro 1500 Watts

· Cooler Corsair H100i

· OS Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit

I have never done overclocking before . Could some 1 help me overclock it to around 4.5

Current temperature is around 38 C

Ram is showing 1600 MHz instead of 2400 MHz
