Need Help overclocking with MB Intelligent tweaker in BIOS

I would like to overclock my Processor and RAM, however, every option i need, is blue and wont let me change any clock speeds for the processor or RAM. I am using MB intelligent Tweaker. Here are my system specs.

MotherBoard: GigaByte GA-78LMT-S2
Processor: Amd FX-4100 processor @3.6Ghz
RAM: 8GB of DDR3 @1333Mhz
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 Ti boost 2gb
PSU: 850 Watt Kentek
