Question Need help overclocking with stability

Hi Guys,
Been looking everywhere for some help because im new to this but I have a
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 AF Processor with Wraith Spire with ASRock B450M Steel Legend Motherboard, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz CL15 DDR4 and MSI GeForce GTX 1650 Super Ventus XS OC 4GB. I have attempted even a slight change in bios but every time i do that it immediately crashes and i have to hardreset the motherboard by removing its battery to get it functional again. I just wanted to know if i could overclock in general without it dying on me. I also have a cosair 650W power supply

At first I had this. Cooler Master MWE Bronze V2 450W Power Supply. I though psu was bad quality causing issues so I upgraded to this Corsair CV650 Bronze 650W Power Supply.
