need help overclocking

I just bought a amd phenom 2 x6 1055t stock 2.8Ghz from a friend and started overclocking and i am new at this. I used AI suite 2 to do an extreme overclock and reached 3.2Ghz after i used the auto then i went in and increased the cpu bus frequency from 232Mhz to 250Mhz and got 3.5Ghz but now i can not push any farther than that without crashing. Any suggestions?

i don't familiar with AI suite .. just know from bios .. raise CPU voltage and drop ratio RAM or lossen timming . .disabled Cool n quite , spread spectrum ..
if you had 1600 RAM at FSB 250 your ram ran at 1700 or more , if you had 1333 your Ram ran at 800 ..it can make unstable / crash .. over 3.5ghz need tweak RAM .. ... good luck for you
