Question need help overclocking

ryzen 5 2600
corssair 850w psu
rx 580 8GB
1 8 GB ram oc'd to 3533mhz
will install nzxt kraken x72 aio today
just want to know save idle voltage and safe load voltage
want to maby get 4ghz out of my ryzen 5 2600

1.325 - 1.327v should be enough for 3.9GHz but with such a cooler even over 1.4v shouldn't present a problem. Much depends on "silicone lottery" so those are just ballpark values.
