Need help P.C. stuttering

Hey guys I was experiencing P.C. lag while gaming a while ago and now it’s back. After about 30 minutes of gaming ( squad and PUBG) I get really bad stutters and FPS drop. When this was originally happening on my new build I did a fresh install of windows. Everything was fine for a few months and now it’s back. I’ve been monitoring all my temps and nothing seems to hot. I notice my gpu suave dropping and that’s about it. After I restart the game the problem goes away until I game Agin for a half hour. P.C. has no dust inside. I even re applied thermal paste. Gpu drivers are all up to date. Any ideas guys ?

I7 8700k
Asus Maximus hero x
Samsung 970 evo
Gtx 1070
Noctua nd-15

amount of RAM?

amount of free hdd space?

version of windows? tried system restore? possibly a driver update conflict? turned off auto-updates when you had re-installed windows?

to be sure it isnt heat, install HWmonitor or similar program and run it before gaming, and look at it when your pc starts to stutter.
give us the results ty.
