CPU: intel i5 3570k 3.4GHZ
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA Z77 D3H ATX
Memory: Corsair Vengeance Black 1400Mhz 8GB
Storage: Samsung EVO 850 500GB SSD
GPU: Asus Strix 960 2GB

Hello all. I have been having the problem for weeks. I started off with taking out the CMOS battery and replacing it but no luck. I am thinking it's my motherboard? i've had it for about 4 years now. Maybe about time i bought new parts but i would love to get this resolved without spending anymore money as i just bought the RAM and PSU last week to fix this problem but still... NO LUCK!
Procedure -> Turn PC on at switch, Powers on with LED's and fans moving, Gets to GIGABYTE DuelBoot BIOS Logo (After Bios Reset) and then the PC restarts and it repeats. I Can't get any further... I am a graphic designer and really need the PC for work! I hope someone can help me out, Many thanks for reading - Jamie

Solution
1) Remove the gtx960, use onboard iGPU, only one stick RAM ( I guess the RAM should be 1600mhz, not that 1400mhz), clear the CMOS by the jumper or removing the CMOS battery. After that boot the PC with single RAM to see the PC can boot up or not.

2) If it can't, try other stick or move the RAM in other slot. If you still have the same problem, then remove all the RAM, clear the CMOS. Boot the PC again.

3) If you still have the same problem, remove the boot device, all the RAM, still use onboard iGPU, cler the CMOS, boot the PC.
Now 1) if the PC can boot/POST, but you get no boot device or not RAM, that means the cpu/MB are fine. 2) if the PC can't boot/POST, that means either the CPU or MB has problem.
