Had the system for about 6-7 months, woke up one day and turned it on and kept getting "no signal" even though everything boots up fine and is still visibly working. I tried taking out the gpu, and using my cpu bios, switching monitors and different hdmi cables but still don't get a signal.
SPECS:
CPU:i5-8400
MOBO: GIGABYTE H310
RAM: GSKILL 2 * 4GB 2400
SSD1: Kingston 240gb
SSD2: Samsung 860 evo m.2 256gb
GPU: ASUS RX 580 4GB
HDD: seagate 1tb
PSU: 600W bronze

Solution
this is the no signal troubleshooter. go down the list, every step.
step 17 what is the speaker telling you? no speaker?

but first a word on grounding
Canned Grounding Rant-
shut down system and remove side panel. with the power cable plugged into the PSU touch a bare unpainted metal area of the case. (my favorite spot is an unpainted screw securing the PSU) once you have grounded yourself you can unplug the computers power cable from the PSU and can touch the system.
if you move your feet, or shuffle in your chair, plug in the cord, reground yourself and unplug again.
end canned rant

canned diagnostic speaker rant: speaker making 101
The diagnostic speaker is the motherboards main diagnostic feedback device.
the motherboard may be telling you where the problem is.
my speakers have this plug

I use lamp wire but any stranded wire will do. literally any stranded wires. strip one end like so
http://www.antiquelampco.com/Shades/CordColors.jpg
attach the stripped end into the speaker spring clips on the speaker.
the other end of the wire should be trimmed like so the semi strip, the blue one.
https://ampsic.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/Full-strip-and-semi-strip-300x300.jpg
by doing a semi strip the wire case is now the socket.
plug one wire to the first pin, and the second onto the fourth pin.
power on the system and listen for beeps
end canned rant

Respectable
I got the same on my monitor some weeks ago and was surprised (all seemed to work perfectly, only no display output).
Went into monitor-setup, and input was changed to second display port( no idea, why). I changed it back to first display port, and voila, all was good as before and I got a picture again on my display.
