Need help! PC restarts randomly.

Hello everyone, this is my first post. This is my problem: one week ago, my PC restarted randomly when playing fortnite. I logged in again, keep playing and it happened again.
That day, my PC restarted 3 times, so I decided to reinstall Fortnite and so the EpicGames launcher.
After that, it happened again, so I started to worry.

I updated all drivers, even updated and downgraded the BIOS to see if something happens, and nothing, the problem still persists.

Then, formatted all my disks and re-installed Windows, and guess what! The problem still persists.

The restarts are now everytime. I mean, I log into windows, wait 3-4 minutes doing nothing and PC randomly restarts.

This is the weird part: I have ran CPU and GPU benchs. It never restarted, and max temps were:
CPU: 57°C
GPU: 55°C
Also ran memtest86, 0 errors found.

Here are all my specs:
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0 (BIOS Ver. 2603)
CPU: AMD FX8350
Liquid Cooling for CPU: Corsair H80i
GPU: NVIDIA GTX1050Ti Strix (4gb)
RAM: 2x4GB HyperX blu
Hard Drives: 2x1TB + 1x300GB
PSU: Thermaltake SmarT M750W
I have an UPS, but I tested using my PC without it and I had the same results.

EDIT: I never overclocked nothing, neither the GPU

sounds like a psu issue

Maybe PSU, but it doesn't make sense at all because with my PC at 100% (I mean, CPU and GPU at benchmark at the same time) it doesn't reboots

Running GPU and CPU stress test right now. Both 100% after 30 minutes, max temps for CPU were 48,9 and max for GPU were 57,0. At this point, my PC would reboot if playing Fortnite. Will leave the test one or two more hours.

Tried everything I was able to try, problem persists.
