Need help. PC won't boot

I have built my own pc and I have the Z97 Pro 4 motherboard with an i5 4690k. I wanted to overclock it and I went into the bios to find there were OC presets. I set it to the 4.0 clock speed one and exited the bios. My PC shut off and turned on and ran for a few seconds and then shut down and turned back on and it has been at a black screen for a while and the hard drive light flashes sometimes. I don't know what the problem could be.

Nevermind, I unplugged it for a bit and plugged it back in and it turned on, turned off, then back on and booted right to Windows.
