Question Need help! Pc wont turn on! New to building

I just rebuilded my pc with a b450 tomahawk, ryzen 5 1600 processor, and rx 580, when i go to power it on, i get nothing, no lights, no sound, no signs of any power, if anyone could please help it would be much appreciated

Unless you have some major component DOA, I suggest you recheck (thru manuals) all connections and "breadboard" it first so you eliminate any shorts in mounting components in the case. Most often error beginners make is to mount MB wrongly on the backplate and it's standoffs.

So you mean the mounting screws and such?
