Question Need help pc wont turn on!

My pc kept turning off so I change the thermal paste and made sure all the the cobles insider where connected but it still turned off then it stoped even turning on any more then I noticed the power cable was loose and I plugged it in properly and now it still won’t turn on I’m worried that something inside fried now. What should I do?

I unplugged the power supply and now it turns on but it still is turning off but each time I turns off it last less and less time so now instead of adding thermal paste I’m going to remove it and put new paste on

Just to echo what rgd1101 has already asked, what is your full system specs, ie cpu, gpu, motherboard etc?

It’s like 3 months old. I’m using a nzxt 280 rad

what the model of the psu? if it modular recheck the cable on both end
did you build this? what the case? did you use standoff?

I just realize the PSU fan isn’t turning on could that be it?
