need help picking a board to oc..

im currently running an athlon xp1900 (locked multiplier) on a msi ktpro2 (kt266a chipset).....i have a 512 stick of high perf mushkin cas 222 memory pc2100...120 gig wd 1200JB...gef4 4600
air cooled I can only reach a fsb of about 138mhz on this board...it wont overclock for crap...I just purchased a water cooling kit from innovtech and was wondering if a different motherboard would make a difference and if so what board do you suggest?...
my best success in overclocking was on the old abit kg-7 (168mhz fsb air cooled =])....but the chipset lacked in performance......neways what do you guys think?

I have an Epox 8K5A2+. My good old Spitfire 700 runs at 6*166 at 42°C. I got it for 95$ at mwave. Perfect Board. You could also concider this: http://www.vr-zone.com/reviews/EPoX/8K9A2+/ - i think it even has a divider at 200Mhz.
