Hey all, building a budget computer for friendlike real budget <400$ (AUSTRALIAN), i already have a radeon 7750 at home i can use and also a 500w CM power supply but i'm just not sure what CPU/APU to go with, i was just thinking of going with a AMD A4-7300 but then i found out its not kaveri based ? any suggestions would be helpful thank you!!

I think you're forgetting that '(AUSTRALIAN)' part in his post, that cpu sells for around $89 here in Aus.

Having said that this is the cpu i would also recommend buying, even though it's only a dual core you are pairing it with a HD7750 so that will be perfectly fine as you wont be playing demanding games at high settings anyway.
You can pair this up with a cheap H81 board for bare minimums and 8GB of memory, you can even go 4GB of memory if you have to for a low end build like that.

The 2 stronger cores in the Pentium will be better to have then the 4 cores you get in an AMD CPU/APU.
It would only make sense to buy an APU if you didn't already have a dedicated graphics card.
The only cheap AMD CPU's to buy would be the 760k/860k, but since they are near impossible to find here in Aus the Pentium is the next best thing.
