Question Need help picking a cpu cooler

My cpu tends to idle at 70 to 85. Thats really bad, and I'll usually just aim a tower fan at my rig just to cool it down.
I already ordered some case fans, but I need to buy a cpu cooler, preferably an air cooler.
My cpu is a Ryzen 5 3600, and my case only allows a cpu fan to be 150 mm, otherwise, it'd be sticking out the side. I want to spend 30 to 50 dollars, but I'm willing to show some leniency when it comes to the max price so long as the cooler is a good one.
My motherboard (since I feel like this may come up) is a Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wifi, and my ram is two sticks of Vengeance LPX (16 gb total).

any water cooler will fit Thermaltake, Corsair, CM all fit the bill, maybe the DeepCool Gammaxx 300 for air,
Arctic Freezer has a couple - the Xtreme for example.
