Need help picking a gpu

Hi there! I'm in need of your help. I need a new gpu and i have been thinking about either the MSI Geforce GTX 750ti oc 2gb gddr5 or the Gigabyte Geforce GTX 750ti 2gb gddr 5 (not windforce. The windforce logo between the fans is missing). I've been leaning more towards the MSI one because of the oc and the smaller size but i'm worried about overheating and the such (i'm no cooling and temperature expert). So what do you say? Here are my specs:
-AMD phenom 8750 triple core processor
-3gb ram
-500gb sata hdd
-And Gigabyte motherboard though i'm not sure about the model

The MSI one would be my choice. Has nice temps and OCs well for if you ever need it.

Thanks for the fast answer and i think I'll go with that one as it's also smaller so size wouldn't be a problen

Just a rule of thumb for me: I always buy MSI cards unless there is something that is WAY WAY cheaper or has noticeably better performance (5+ FPS performance gain) which no 750 ti has over the MSI card.
