Need help picking a laptop

I need a laptop for school and some light gaming. (Mainly Dota 2)
It needs at least 6 hours of battery(in light usage), a gtx 950m, and a decent screen (No TN panel). No preference on brand and I would like to spend around $1000

my suggestion a 100$ discount save your spare money for games a nice headset or something

The one BacActor mentioned is better for games and the one I mentioned has the battery life, the lenovo has a 6 hours real battery life and the dell mentioend from Badactor is about 2.5, gaming will reduce life even further with both laptops.
