Need help picking a mobo

I am leaning towards the first one because it is cheaper and looks the same, what is your preference? My video card is GTX 560

No need to get a Z77 if you don't want to overclock your processor*, get the cheaper Z75.

*or even have an overclockable processor

Yes, I have that exact drive, excellent choice. You won't regret buying it, everything will load 3-4-5x as fast.

The size of SSD you want to buy depends on how much you want to put on it. A 120GB SSD will comfortably hold your OS and 2-4 big games.
