Need help picking a Motherboard for Skylake

This will be my first PC build ever and I want everything to go okay on my first try but I am having some trouble finding a motherboard that is right for me. Price is not a problem, so I'm open to any suggestions. Currently, my parts are http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nRYKYJ and I'm looking at the ASUS Maximus VIII Formula but having some doubts because the ASUS Maximus VIII Hero has some issues I don't really want to deal with but it looks so damn cool. Also, I feel like I don't have to spend that much either. I want a motherboard that will be easy to overclock with and some room for upgrades. I will mainly be gaming and rendering a ton of videos on this system.

With your level of build, I think the MSI Z170A Gaming 7 and Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 7 would be worth considering. Good overclocking features, audio, and SLI support.
