Need Help Picking a power supply!

So my computer has been having an issue where after a round of CS:GO my screen starts tearing a bugging out then the computer just flat out turns off. I have been told by a lot of people that it sounds like a power supply issue. I bought a CyberPowerPC and heard that they make their affordable prices by selling a weak PSU.

So I am looking for a compatible PSU for under $200? Is there anything I know about a PSU?

That is a 220 Watt processor and from the looks of that CPU cooler it is only a 120mm rad that will not cool the processor, and yes junk power supplies and also have been known to use a motherboard that is not really able to power the CPU.
Open the case and see if you can see the motherboard make, model, and revision.
