Hey guys! I've been trying to decide between all of the cooling system/brand differences and I really can't make up my mind for this build!
Here's my build right now: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bbDhvK

I'll be playing virtually every game, also I am planning on dual 1080p monitors.

These are the cards I can't decide between:
1.) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150701&cm_re=r9_290-_-14-150-701-_-Product
2.) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202080&cm_re=290-_-14-202-080-_-Product
3.) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161459&cm_re=290-_-14-161-459-_-Product

I'm just wanting to keep the card sufficiently cool under load. If all 3 will do this no problem, I'll pick the XFX because they're all similar in price and I like the aesthetics of the XFX card the best!

P.S. I'm not completely 100% on the R9 290, I'm still looking at 780s at the moment and I'd love some input on the 780 vs 290 as well if you could!

Thank you for your time!

if u get a r9 290 then go for the saphire tri x and if u get a gtx 780 then go for evga....some examples below...

You pays your money, you makes your choice, I like the look of the XFX, it's received generally good reviews, particularly about noise and thermals, it's also a little smaller than the Sapphire Tri-X.
Note that the HIS card needs dual 8 pin PCI-E leads, the others 1x6 and 1x8.
From the specs, you'll need to remove the lower HDD cage to install a Tri-X, the case specs say it'll handle cards of 300m.m. but the Tri-X is a little longer.
The XFX is just short enough to fit, but I suggest you remove the lower HDD cage if at all possible whichever card you go for and install an extra case fan in the front rather than adding a side fan, which will blow air into the GPU heatsink, against the designed airflow, reducing its effectiveness.
